Universidad Nacional de ColombiaMy work focused on automating and streamlining internal processes at the National University of Colombia through AI: procedures that used to be handled by hand — reading and validating documents, classifying correspondence, tracking inventory — became workflows with automatic extraction, rule validation and real-time traceability. I took part in building these applications for the Prototyping Center and several departments, following each project from architecture and UI/UX design through deployment and production support, working closely with the user areas to understand the procedure before automating it. The scope included multimodal AI models to extract and classify information from documents, the integration of institutional mail, document management and signing services, and communication with hardware over MQTT. The applications remain in production, maintained by the same team.

Automates the contribution procedure: AI reads the documents, validates the rules and issues the official forms.

Classifies and summarizes legal correspondence with AI and covers the full signing cycle.
